摘要
The application of high pressure liquid chromatography to the purification and identification of conjugated gibberellins was examined. Two kinds of reversed phase columns, octadesylsilanized and dimethylsilanized silica gel, were useful for the isolation and identification of gibberellin A3 glucoside and gibberellenic acid glucoside from immature seeds of Quamoclit pennata. © 1979.
