摘要
Sedimentation, viscosity and laser light scattering have been used to compare the 30S ribosomal subunits and the 30S·IF-3 complex from Escherichia coli. Contrary to a previous report (1), no detectable change in the hydrodynamic parameters of the 30S subunits was found upon binding of IF-3. © 1979 Academic Press, Inc.
