摘要
In non-abelian gauge theories the Bianchi identities are insufficient to determine uniquely the relation between field strengths (curvature) and potentials (possibility of Fμν copies). Guided by a geometric argument based on the holonomy group of a potential, generated by Fμν, DσFμν, DσDλFμν, ..., we investigate the copy phenomenon at the level of higher-order curvature covariants. © 1979.
