摘要：

Analysis of epididymal rat sperm RNA strongly suggested the presence of U snRNAs, especially U1 and U2 snRNA. By Northern blot analysis with radiolabeled oligodeoxynucleotide probes, the presence of U1 and U2 snRNA in rat sperm was confirmed. To precisely localize these RNAs, in situ hybridization with antisense and sense oligo probes labeled with digoxigenin was carried out. The results indicate that U1 as well as U2 snRNA are confined to the sperm nucleus. © 1993 Academic Press, Inc.
