摘要
A detailed study is presented of the use of crossed diodes as passive decoupling elements for the isolation of surface coils from whole-body excitation coils. The method involves the insertion of an impedance pole at the resonant condition when the diodes fire. Two microwave diode types have been found particularly effective at 63.8 MHz. Passive decoupling is a particularly attractive method when the coupling between the transmission line and the surface coil is inductive. © 1990.
