摘要
The electrical resistivity (ρ{variant}) of the perovskite-type (Ln1-xCax)MnO3-δ (Ln: La, Nd, and Gd) and (Nd0.1Ca0.9-ySry)MnO2.97 were measured in the temperature range 300 to 800 K. In the case of (Ln1-xCax)MnO3-δ (Ln: La, Nd, and Gd), dρ{variant} dT increases with increasing x. The increase of dρ{variant} dT is explained by both the decrease in the MnO distance and the number of 3d electrons which exist in the conduction band. On the other hand, in the case of (Nd0.1Ca0.9-ySry)MnO2.97, dρ{variant} dT decreases slightly with increasing y and corresponds to an increase in the MnO distance. © 1992.
