摘要
A preliminary study has been made of monolayer He-4 adsorbed on H2 adsorbed on graphite. Adiabatic heat capacity measurements in the range 1.9K to 8K show that at low densities the He film has close to an ideal 2-D specific heat of C/Nk(B) = 1 at 2K and that the film is almost completely desorbed from the H2 surface by 8K.
