摘要
The crystallization behaviour of amorphous melt spun Fe73.5Si15.5B7Cu1Nb3 was investigated by means of time-resolved X-ray diffraction at high temperatures. Annealing at temperatures above 510 degrees C leads to formation of nanocrystalline Fe3Si in the amorphous matrix. Parameters like the diffusion coefficient, the mean particle size of crystallites and the crystalline volume fraction were estimated to describe the microstructure and the kinetics of the phase transition at different temperatures.
