Details are given of reversed-phase, normal-phase, and adsorption high-performance liquid chromatographic systems suitable for the separation of a wide range of naturally occurring cytokinins related to zeatin. Particular attention has been given to the development of systems to separate cytokinins which are difficult to separate by more conventional means. © 1979.
