摘要
The direct visualisation of the temperature-dependent phase behaviour and phase transformation of monolayers of 1-monostearoyl-rac-glycerol has been studied by Brewster angle microscopy. Images of the monolayer on a microscopic scale are related to the characteristic points of the equilibrium surface pressure-area pi-A isotherm and are presented and discussed.
