摘要
Ultra-high magnetic field (<150 T) cyclotron resonance has been studied in superlattices of InAs/GaSb with band gaps close to zero where the effects of conduction and valence bands are enhanced. Several samples exhibit a low-field structure associated with the N = 2 and 4 harmonics of the cyclotron resonance. The interband transition data is also shown.
