摘要
In the presence of triethylamine N-and/or O-alkylsubstituted hydroxylamines react readily with trimethylchlorosilanes to give the trimethylsilylsubstituted alkyl hydroxylamines I-VI (Fig. 1). Attempts to prepare N-R3Si substituted hydroxylamines having free OH-groups (Fig. 2) failed. The isolated compounds I-VI have hydroxylamine structures, not amine oxide structures. Their physical properties are presented in tables 2 and 3. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
