摘要
The CO2 laser frequency doubling properties of a sample of ZnGeP2 have been assessed. Maximum intensity doubling efficiency was found to be 29.5% from the 9P(20) transition. A nonlinear coefficient of 75 +/- 8 pm/V is obtained by comparison with a simple theoretical model. Damage threshold appears to be pulse shape dependent.
