摘要
The results of Mössbauer studies on paramagnetic FeSb2O4 in the temperature range between 50 and 817°K are reported. The temperature dependence of the quadrupole splitting of the Mössbauer spectrum is interpreted in terms of the variations with temperature of the populations of the ionic eigenstates of Fe2+. From a least squares fit of the theoretical curve to the experimental results, the crystal-field splitting of the Fe2+ ion are determined. © 1968.
