摘要
We have determined the nucleotide sequence of the inverted repetition present at the termini of adenovirus type 2 DNA. The terminal repetition is 103 nucleotides long. It is exactly identical in sequence at both termini. Adenovirus types 2 and 5 molecules share a perfect homology within this region. © 1979.
