From Doppler shift attenuation and delayed coincidence measurements, lifetimes have been determined for states in 42Ca as follows: {A figure is presented} The measured electric quadrupole transitions were compared with the predictions of the shell model, the weak-coupling model and the Gerace-Green calculations. © 1969.
