摘要
The water soluble protein extract from Rhodnius extensible cuticle of one large protein made up of three sub-units. The molecular weights of the sub-units are 60,000, 33,000 and 30,000. The complex has a six-membered ring stucture as observed in the electron microscope and is characterised by its insolubility at temperatures above 15°C. Precipitation, caused by a temperature increase, is completely reversible on cooling. © 1979.
