摘要
The examination of strain-specific triterpenoid components pattern was made in three strains of Ganoderma lucidum; Sekishi, Shishi, Kokushi (all Japanese names). Comparative examination on triterpenoid patterns of strains of Ganoderma lucidum by HPLC revealed that Sekishi and Shishi have similar ganoderic acid derivatives, but Kokushi has no ganoderic acid derivatives. Ganoderic acid V1, isolated as a main triterpenoid component of Shishi, is a new ganoderic acid derivative: (24E)-3beta,20xi-dihydroxy-7,11,15-trioxo-5alpha-lanosta-8,24-dien-26-oic acid.
