摘要
L929 cells have been synchronised by treatment with excess thymidine or aminopterin shortly after release from the stationary phase of growth. Thymidine synchronised cells show a constant rate of synthesis of DNA throughout S-phase, but cells synchronised with aminopterin show a slower initial rate of DNA synthesis. Untreated cells resemble those synchronised by an imposed thymidineless state. © 1969.
