COEXISTENCE OF MN ERYTHROCYTES AND APPARENT ANTI-M ANTIBODY

摘要：

A patient of blood type MN with an apparent anti‐M antibody in his serum is described. The antibody agglutinated all O,M and O,MN cells tested at 4 C and 13 C but did not agglutinate his own or his children's MN cells. The patient's cells were agglutinated by all of three rabbit anti‐M and ten of 11 human anti‐M sera. The present case resembles one previously described, and further illustrates multiple specificities associated with the M agglutinogen. 1969 AABB
