摘要
1. 1. Purified collagens from 15 species distributed in five classes of echinoderms vary in the amino acid composition. 2. 2. The amino acid composition shows similarities between starfish collagens and sea cucumber collagens, and between sea urchin collagens and brittle star collagens. 3. 3. Given a couple of assumptions on the relationship between the amino acid composition and the evolution of species, a phylogenic tree for the five echinodermal classes is hypothesized. © 1979.
