DIRECT OBSERVATION OF ENERGY-TRANSFER FROM EXCITED CYCLOHEXANE MOLECULES TO TOLUENE BY MEANS OF PICOSECOND PULSE-RADIOLYSIS

摘要
Direct observation of emission from both excited cyclohexane and toluene molecules was made by means of picosecond single electron pulse radiolysis. Energy transfer from excited cyclohexane to toluene was investigated by the same method, and the rate constant was obtained to be ≈8 × 1010 M-1 s-1. © 1979.
