摘要
Lithium distribution in minerals has been performed using a nuclear microprobe. The three lateral reactions Li-6(d, alpha-0)He-4, Li-7(p, alpha-0)He-3, Li-7(p, p'gamma)Li-7 [Raisanen and Lappalainen, Nucl Instrum Meth, B15, 546 (1989); Heck, Nucl Instrum Meth, B30, 486 (1988); Maurel et al, Nucl Instrum Meth, 191, 349 (1981); Mayer and Rimini, Ion Beam Handbook for Material Analysis. Academic Press, New York (1977); Bird and Williams, Ion Beams for Materials Analysis. Academic Press, Australia (1989)] allow: lateral and depth lithium heterogeneities to be emphasized; simultaneous measurement of the correlative variation of boron, beryllium and fluorine.
