摘要
The method of a constant charging current is applied to study processes of polarization build-up and space charge accumulation in ferroelectric polymers. A phenomenological model is constructed which adequately explains experimentally observed features. A coercive field and a remanent polarization are evaluated by fining the experimental data in the model.
