摘要
In a recent paper [Vu Thien Binh et al., Surface Science 301 (1994) L224] we have presented the physical realization of nanocantilevers with resonance frequencies in the range of GHz. In this work we study the characteristics of these cantilevers by proposing the model and estimating their frequencies and quality factors.
