摘要：

A method is presented for the detection in urine of barbiturates, narcotics and amphetamines in the presence of psychotropic drug metabolites. The procedure employs thin-layer chromatography following an ether extraction for barbiturates and the use of ion-exchange resin loaded paper for extraction of narcotics and amphetamines. The method is readily adaptable to large scale screening of urines for detection of covert drug use. © 1969.
