:
Replies to L. G. Humphreys's comments on the author's (1977) ANOVA study of individual differences in intelligence. It is argued that Humphreys's comments on double-median splits are essentially correct but that these are not relevant to the Kirby and Das article. His comments do not weaken the authors' findings.
