摘要
The mutual effects of two independent electrical discharges in SF6 under a pressure of 5 mbar and flow rate of 110 bar cm3 s-1 were investigated. It was found that there were considerable mutual influences and it was concluded that, under given experimental conditions, they were mostly caused by the metastable atoms or molecules formed by the decomposition of SF6 in the electrical discharge. © 1990 IOP Publishing Ltd.
