摘要
Virogenesis and morphology of Borrelinavirus spp. have been studied in larvae of Galleria mellonella, Lymantria dispar, and Choristoneura murinana by electron-microscope investigations of ultrathin sections. Details are given on the development of virions from virogenic stroma, the polymorphism of virions (standard type virus rods, virus filaments, spherical and pleomorphic forms), and the formation and possible function of membraneous and fibrillar structures in the nuclei of infected fat cells. © 1969.
