摘要
Electrical resistivity measurements on pure decagonal Al80Mn20 and Al78Mn22 melt-spun samples are presented. The decagonal T-phase is shown to be much more stable, than icosahedral phases of similar composition. The low temperature resistivity is very high (ρ{variant}0.3K = 430 and 480 μΩcm for T-Al80Mn20 and T-Al78Mn respectively) and increases with the nominal composition of the sample. The low temperature and magnetic field dependences of resistivity are understood by magnetic scattering effects which are stronger for the highest Mn concentrated sample. © 1990.
