摘要
Two polycyclic aromatic compounds, 1-aminoanthracene and benzo[a]pyrene, have been separated by cyclodextrin-modified electrokinetic chromatography and detected by laser fluorimetry. For miniaturization of the fluorimetric system, a blue semiconductor laser (415 nm, 50-mu-W), i.e., the second-harmonic emission of a near-infrared semiconductor laser (830 nm, 40 mW), was used. The detection limit achieved for 1-aminoanthracene was of the order of 1 x 10(-8) mol dm-3, the absolute detection limit being at the femtogram level. The detection limit achieved for benzo[a]pyrene was restricted to about 1 x 10(-6) mol dm-3, owing to the discrepancy between the wavelength of the laser emission and that of the absorption maximum (390 nm).
