摘要
1. 1. Length distribution of natural F-actin, examined by electron microscopy, was considerably broad and had a peak at a length of 1 μ. 2. 2. The distribution pattern could be modified to some extent by such treatments as tryptic digestion or depolymerization-repolymerization cycle. 3. 3. Under sonic vibration, natural F-actin was broken down to very short 0.1-μ fragments which upon prolonged incubation had the ability to polymerize into filaments of the original state. © 1969.
