摘要
If selenium hydride is formed in the usual way in hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry, at a pH of ca. 0,5 but is stripped from the reaction mixture at higher pH values, the absorbance signal decreases with increasing pH. The decrease is mainly due to a decrease in SeH2 concentration, caused by its acid dissociation. © 1990.
