摘要
Coarse grained low nitrogen mild steel exhibits jerky flow behaviour in the temperature range 200-300°C after first undergoing an appreciable amount of smooth plastic strain. The effect of nitrogen content has been investigated, the results being consistent with the hypothesis that nitrogen depletion during straining causes jerks below the general level of the stress-strain curve. © 1968.
