摘要：

The design and construction of a powerful He-3/He-4 dilution refrigerator are described, for which the lowest temperature in continuous operation was 20 mK and the typical cooling power was almost-equal-to 100 mW at 0.3 K. The refrigeration is primarily intended for cooling a large frozen polarized target.
