摘要
The reflectance anisotropy of a Au(110) reconstructed surface has been calculated using a perturbative theory for the electromagnetic fields near the microrough interface. Since the induced fields have atomic-scale fluctuations, spatial dispersion was accounted for by applying a recently developed extension of the Rayleigh method to nonlocal rough systems. Significant differences are obtained between local and nonlocal calculations. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
