摘要：

Dieldrin, purity >99% HEOD, has been given to Japanese quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica) at dietary concentrations of 0, 10, 20, 30, and 40 ppm. Mortality and dietary intake appeared to have been only marginally affected at 10 ppm, while the higher intakes gave progressively greater effects. Reproduction was slightly affected at 10 ppm; although progressively more affected at 20, 30, and 40 ppm, eggs hatched with HEOD (the major component of dieldrin) concentrations of over 50 ppm. © 1969.
