A survey, sponsored by the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Surgeons, was made to determine what areas and procedures should be emphasized in the training of young general surgeons. It suggests that the surgeon trained for the smaller community still requires a knowledge of a larger variety of surgical procedures. © 1969.
