摘要
A modification is described of the method of Averameas and Ternynck for the preparation and use of an immunosorbent formed by polymerization of antiserum proteins with ethylchloroformate. With the modified technique, the water-insoluble polymer of antiserum to human γ chain was found to absorb γG globulin from DEAE-serum fractions with minimal, non-specific absorption of other serum proteins. © 1969.
