摘要
The adsorption equations of Gibbs for the surface, GAMMA-i, and linear, tau-i, adsorption with the surface tension, sigma, and the line tension, kappa, and the Gibbs-Duhem equation for the bulk phases are used for a determination of the number of the independent thermodynamic variables in different capillary systems. The line tension for the case of three-phase equilibrium system with a contact line can have either a positive or a negative value, and this fact is connected to the stability conditions in the system studied.
