摘要
(Second of Two Parts) Renal Transplantation In the current operation the donor kidney is placed in the iliac fossa, and the surgeon has the option of an end-to-end anastomosis of the renal artery with the hypogastric artery or, if this is not suitable, an end-to-side anastomosis with either the common or external iliac artery. The ureteral anastomosis is done at most centers by ureteroneocystostomy, since the post-transplantation complication of ureteral fistula is considerably less common after this procedure than with ureteroneopyelostomy or ureteroureterostomy.141 In a group of 142 living donors with minor renal abnormalities, 35 had abnormalities of the urinary. © 1979, Massachusetts Medical Society.
