摘要
New glass compositions have been investigated in substituting barium by alkali elements (Li, Na, K) in the basic glass BIGaZYbT. Characteristic temperatures T(g), T(x), T(l), density, and refractive indices have been determined. Incorporation of lithium or sodium increases the Hruby factor, and decreases the critical cooling rate, R(c). Also the diminution of refractive index, n(D), depends on the alkali metal.
