摘要：

Chalcogenide glasses as photoconductors have found applications in vidicon-type camera tubes. Infrared optics and xerography are further areas of research and development where the role of vitreous semiconductors is very important. The present sudy examines the pattern of property changes as a function of composition in the pseudobinary sysem As//2Se//3-Sb//2Se//3. It is also concerned with the extension of the glass-formation region and the corresponding effects on the electric and optical properties. The stability of the vitreous state and the parameters affecting it are of considerable interest.
