摘要
34,17 and 14ps pulses have been generated at repetition rates of 2.5,5 and 10GHz, respectively, from an integrated laser modulator at 1.5mum. Pulse widths were significantly reduced by modulating at both the fundamental and the second harmonic frequencies.
