摘要
The Mori-Tanaka effective stiffness tensor for biphase composites is shown to be asymmetric is general, and to yield physically unacceptable predictions at the unitary inclusion concentration limit. Symmetry is proven for biphase composites with isotropic or spherical inclusions.
