摘要
A penetration model has been developed to describe gas absorption with first order chemical reaction under conditions where the heat released due to solution and reaction makes the transfer process non-isothermal. The model predicts that under certain not unrealistic physico-chemical conditions the absorption rate can be very much reduced, even to the extent where it falls below the rate obtainable for absorption in the absence of chemical reaction. © 1969.
