摘要：

The aortographic findings in 9 infants and children with abdominal masses arereported and the diagnostic value of these findings is compared with those obtained by intravenous urography. The intravenous urogram was adequate to suggest the correct diagnosis in 4 patients; however, the aortogram offered additional useful information. In 3 patients the correct diagnosis was made only after aortograms were obtained. Aortography has proved a safe and useful procedure in the differentiation of abdominal masses such as Wilms' tumor, neuroblastoma, and obstructive renal lesions. © 1968.
