THE KOHLRAUSCH LAW AS A LIMIT SOLUTION TO MODE-COUPLING EQUATIONS

摘要
The and-equations of the idealized mode coupling theory for density fluctuations in simple liquids are studied in the limit of large wavevectors, q. The Kohlrausch function Phi(q)(t) = f(q)(c) e(-Gamma q(t/tau)b) is obtained with Gamma(q) proportional to q for q --> infinity. This result reflects Levy's generalized central limit theorem.
