摘要
Investigation of compound CoGa containing 48. 6, 52. 4, 54. 3, and 57. 2 at% Co results in a ratio G of the diffusion coefficients of both components between 1. 45 and 1. 87 which is nearly temperature-independent for one composition. This suggests that the diffusion process is governed by a six-jump-ring-mechanism. The energy changes during the mechanism are calculated.
