摘要
The uniaxial magnetic anisotropy of as-prepared Co-P and Fe-P alloys depends on the distribution of electrical current density at the surface of the cathode and its periodical variation in time during electrodeposition. Co-P reacts more sensitively upon preparation conditions than Fe-P. Perpendicular anisotropy comes to existence if the current density is constant in time and over the surface of the cathode. Co-P with extremely steep in-plane magnetisation curves and very small coercivities is formed if the current density is concentrated at a small axial stripe on the tube-like cathode. © 1979.
